Hi, I am trying automate the creation of an asset as mentioned in the following article -
I am using dynamics online Version 1710 (9.0.2.1468) and I have set up my product to Convert to Customer Asset = Yes and made sure that the same product is listed within the products section of the Work Order that I want to generate the Asset. When I set the status of the Work Order to 'Closed - Posted' nothing is firing and I am wondering if I am missing something in the work order. I have managed to create the Work Order from an Agreement and can see that normally a work flow would fire on the change of an entity status, which it does for the creation of the Work Order from an Agreement but I cannot see a workflow that may be used to generate an Asset from a Work Order.
Any help would be appreciated?
