Hi All,
I'm new to Dynamics 365 and it's only been a week evaluating the product.
So going through various blogs and tutorials I have managed to configure "@something.com" Gmail id mailbox by first creating a Queue. And the Email id(myself@something.com) have passed in both incoming and outgoing test.
Now my question is,
1. I'm sending an email to "myself@something.com" from my colleague's email id from same organisation, I have configured Smart Matching as "^[\s]*([\w]+\s?:[\s]*)+Business+Cloud". Now if I mention "Business or Cloud" in subject line, that mail upon receiving into my mailbox should get tracked in CRM but that doesn't happen. I have read somewhere, tracking can also be between "from, to, cc" so I have added my colleague's email id under "Security>Users". But still no luck of any emails getting tracked.
2. Is this the proper way to define Smart Matching as there are many post explaining the feature but none have used examples to explain it.
"^[\s]*([\w]+\s?:[\s]*)+Business+Cloud" or "^[\s]*([\w]+\s?:[\s]*)+Business,Cloud"
Please suggest.
