Anyone know how I can get a sales order to use the alternate product when its set to nothing on inventory, based on the customers default site/warehouse inventory levels only?
For example
Site A warehouse A has inventory
Site C Warehouse C has none.
If a customer orders product X123 and their default site / warehouse is C then I expect the alternate to be proposed Z123. This is not the case instead the system attempts to reserve inventory and essentially triggering a new demand and a new purchase order
