Earned Vacation Accrual

Our staff earns vacation by pay period semi-monthly (24 pay periods). GP doesn't add earned vacation into the accrued vacation GL acccount. It does take it out when vacation is used. Is there a way to have GP add earned vacation to the accrued vacation GL account? We have a spreadsheet we use each pay period to track earned and used vacation and make a GL entry to balance the accrued vacation.

    Unfortunately, Dynamics GP does not handle this. Most clients that I have spoken with handle it the same way you mention. Wish I had a different answer.
