We have a MAPS including a licence for Dynamics 365 Customer Enagement plan for 5 users.
When loging to home.dynamics.com, i cannot see any of Dynamics 365 apps (Sales etc.)
In Power Platform admin center, when trying to create a CDS database with D365 enabled apps, the option is greyed out, the tooltip says (translated) :
Your company's Azure Active Directory home location ("France") does not allow provisioning of databases in the region ("France").
I however cannot find any setting with database provisioning restrictions.
I tried on different newly created environments and it's the same everywhere.
Could someone help me get Dynamics 365 apps working ?
