SSRS Metrics, SharePoint Integrated, the request failed with http status 401 error

We're getting a "request failed with HTTP status 401: Unauthorized" pop up error and then "Unable to connect to the Home Page Metrics URL. Contact your system Administrator" when opening the GP Metrics.

Setup: GP 2010, build 1860

SP 2010 Enterprise.

SQL Server - SQL instances for SP and GP, SSRS, GP addin, joined to the farm

SP Server - WFE, Central Admin

GP pushed the reports without any problem into a Reports Library that we setup and we can run and view the reports in SharePoint without issue, as well as Business Analyzer. It's when we try to add them to the Metrics screen that we get this error, and when we re-open the Reporting Tools setup.

We've restarted SP and the SQL Reporting service.

Anything that we can check for first?

Sounds like you need to configure Kerberous Brian. Do you know if users are prompted to enter in creditials when accessing the Reports on their machine outside of GP?

They are not prompted for their credentials.

I've switched SSRS to Native Mode and the Metrics now work.
