Sub-grid not displaying related records

Hi Guys,

I'm trying to display the related records in a sub-grid for the below situation:

Custom entity Event with sub-grid on Lead form and also Contact form. The sub-grid on Contact form is not showing the Events created before qualifying the lead(related records). It will display All Record Types but not the related ones. I have 1:n between lead/event and contact/event plus n:1 contact/event

Created similar for employer/opportunity/contact and all working well. Is the lead qualification affecting this or am I doing something wrong?

Thank you guys both for your replies.

Saadzg this is what I'm using and I'm pretty sure is correct because is working on directly related entity and it looks just like yours

Raz, each Event sub-grid works correctly for Lead and Contact entities individually but if I have 3 events on Lead for example, these will not show on the Contact event sub-grid after qualification. The lookups I use are Lead and Originating Lead for lead/event and contact/event relationships.

Hi Bobby, For Each Subgrid There may be multiple relationships for the same entity so you will need to select only 'related records' for the entity as well as the correct lookup relationship on the entity and view which includes the correct filters.

Check the filter configured to be displayed on subgrid properties
