Hi All,

How to insert a new section for HTML web resource on side of both the Active Contacts view and Contact form in Dynamics CRM as shown below?

    Hi Nithya, there is no supported way to do this.

    You'll have to manipulate the DOM by injecting your webresource throught a script loaded by the ribbon bar.
