Tracking Meetings Attendees not showing up as Contacts

Hi there -

I have a user that has two email addresses hername@ourcompany.com and hername@clientscompany.com she has both of the calendars open in Outlook. When the client sends her meeting invites it gets sent to hername@clientscompany.com and when she tracks it the contacts are not showing up. They are on the meeting invite, they are in CRM (correct email address) however it does not show when I click on the view in CRM button.

Is it supported to track meetings from a different calendar if you have more than one calendar or can you only track meetings where its the calendar of the organization that the outlook client is setup for?

If you try and track a calendar item from a mailbox that is not synced with CRM then normally you would get the message "Tracked records will be synchronized when the primary owner's mailbox connects to Microsoft Dynamics CRM."

    Hope this helps,

    Scott

    Hello P_rz1,

You need to confirm the primary email address for this user and keep only one email address, which is mentioned in CRM records. Also outlook client should have cache exchange mode enable .

    Thank you.
