Do you have Extender installed? On older versions (8 & 9) this enhancement caused this error.
Try removing Extender (if you do not know how, call your partner!!!!!!) and try the report. If this is the problem, upgrade! Extender is a great tool. (Our book on Extender, Extending GP, will be available in 2 weeks!)
Is your Trial Balance report modified?
If so, grant security access for this user to the unmodified version and try printing again.
The report or your reports dictionary could be corrupt.
What version of GP? Have you upgraded recently?
Which TB report is causing the poroblem? Can you successfully print any of the other Trial Balance reports?
