We are planning to discontinue RMS and try another software. For financial purposes we still need to have a history of the data in RMS for the next 5 years. Our license expires in August. If for audit purposes we need RMS information, what is the best way to save or access it?

U can just backup the database. You dont need a license to use manager or admin, just the pos part requires license
