RemoteApp and Payables Remittance Word Templates

Hi:

We have a customer that recently upgrade to GP 2018 R2. They access GP using RemoteApp. When they want to send the Payables Remittances by email, a message appears that the Word Template is not activated and it is. We try to send the remittances using Remote Desktop (mstsc) and they work.

Is there any switches or configuration that we need to do in Remote App in order to send the Remittances. Word is installed in the server.
