Hi. I cannot access my crm server by the ip address in LAN ..i can access by the http://servername:5555 .. if i do nslookup its showing the servername for the ipaddress .. it is static ip and in the dns it has host record ..if i do nbtstat also its point

Hi Ahmed,

This may take much more investigation. Can you access the CRM site directly on the CRM server using the IP address? Additionally, accessing CRM using the IP address is not a supported method of authentication. We recommend accessing through the http://servername:port. In addition, the nslookup should show the server name for the server's IP address so this is correct.
