Hi Experts,

I am using dynamics 365 trial organization(V 9.0). While clicking on "Publish all customization" I am getting below error with system administrator login.

I tried below things.

Cleared cache of browsers
tried in multiple browser(chrome,IE)
Created individual solution and tried publish all customization but no luck
I am getting this error for default solution as well as individual solutions. I have only ribbon workbench as managed solution in my trial organization.

Error is:-

Record Is Unavailable
The requested record was not found or you do not have sufficient permissions to view it.

Pl suggest.

Also I am not able to download the log file of error as it shows the read only button on download log file

Hi Nalini,

If you have already verified that it is not a browser/ cache issue and not related to specific role / permision, it is worth to conract MS as they will have access to the platform traces and can help you with.

Alternatively, you can restore previous back when it was working fine.

Have checked some other post on the forums & found out that this issue can be resolved either by clearing cache & if that doesn't work then better you create support ticket with MS
