I have been enrolled onto a project but i cannot enter the Compass system at all. Whenever I sign in, I am informed that I am 'not a member of this organization'. I have contacted support through Microsoft affiliated personnel - I followed all of their advice and still nothing is happening. The system shows my details as registered but still I cannot access Compass.

I have tried to sign in on Microsoft Edge, both normal browser and InPrivate browser, still no access. I then tried Google Chrome, both normal browser and Incognito browser, still no access there either.

Can anyone please help? I need Compass access in order to fulfill my role properly - I'm half blind without Compass.
