Hello,
Is it possible for all employees to just click the team absence calendar on their self service portal and view all absences of the business not just their team? If so how would this be done?

Why do you need all employees to view the team calendar?Users in the Absence manager role can view time-off requests in their calendar,And people who are in human resources roles can view company calendars.

It’s something our previous HR system enabled our employees to do and we would like to keep it.
So if I was to assign those roles to specific Individuals, they would be able to click the team absence calendar on their self service portal and view the absence of everyone in the business who has lodged annual leave?
Hello, yes it is possible, but not through the Team absence calendar.
First, you need to create a custom link from your Leave Company Calendar URL in Human resources parameters/Employee Self-service. This link will appear in the Additional Information section of the Employee self-service page.
Then create a Role in Security Configuration with the 'View the leave and absence company calendar' privillege. Assign this role to users to view the custom link.

Thank you for your reply. I'll give it a shot. Am I able to do something similar so that people can view everyones leave on the mobile app through teams as well?
No, the custom link wouldn't be available through Teams.
