Test Send Not Working

I have been trying to trigger test sends to my work email, but I'm not receiving anything? But when trigger test sends to  my personal gmail account it works? Is there a reason why this is happening?
 
Might it be because my work email's domain and D365's Sender Domains are the same? If so is there any way to rectify this?

    Hi,

    After testing, I tested sending emails to work accounts in several different domains, and found that some of them are indeed unreceivable, which may be that some domains are blocked from receiving this email.
    My personal guess is that perhaps the domain of your work account is blocked from receiving this type of email, perhaps it has something to do with your company.
