Hello everybody,
I want to put a default e-mail signature in a e-mail when i create it. In the normal web client it works well: A default signature appears in every new e-mail. There is also a button at the top of my screen, where i can choose a different signature.
This does not work in the Interactive Service Hub. Does anybody have an idea how to fix this?

I see the Option for Insert Signature, but when I click on it, it doesn't work in the Unified Interface.
Doesn't matter what View I select or if I start typing in any of the existing Templates...nothing Loads. In Legacy Forms...all is good.
Any updates on this topic?

I cannot afford to tell my Customer Service team to start using the classic app now that they have been training the new Hub app. Why is Microsoft exposing the new Hub app while it's not on parity with the classic app is simply confusing for the users, developers and support. Please do not LEAVE features behind. The automatic team or user signature not being exposed in the Customer Service Hub for more then 2 YEARS is not acceptable. Please address ASAP...

Contact these guys as they have a plugin that provides a work-around; https://www.mtccrm.com/Products?ProductId=1031 until Microsoft realizes that email signatures are a big part of sending emails from a business account.
