Can anyone help me with a record count function or line number sequence in report writer.
I am having an issue with the Line Sequence field in SQL and was wondering if there was a way to manual put in a line sequence number in the report body.

Hi Jason,
I was searching for something else when I came upon your post here. I figured I would answer in case anyone happens upon it or on the odd chance you still wanted an answer.
What you can do is pull the field that you wish to put a record count onto the body of the report and then double click the field in the layout. In the Report Field Options window, you can change the Display Type to 'Count'. This field will now display the record count for this report.
