URGENT! "The Journal was successfully created".. but there was no journal lines in Navision

Hi Community,

My user is posting the Yea End Closing Income Journal, and Navision indicated "The Journal was successfully created"..

However, there was no lines in the journal.

Question:

1. When it says "The Journal was successfully created", may I know what was created then?

2. How come there is no lines? She tried with other 10 companies(We have many companies on NAV) using the same method and it works, all except for this.

Pls debug the batch report. i think due to condition not matched, system will exit with message.

Can they have been generated to another Batch name? I would check the other batches in the systems to see if you can find them there.

Or go to object designer en run table 81 and see if they show up then.

The two main possibilities are that you think you've done that process in that journal and it's in another one or that you filter and process don't need to create new lines
