export data in utf-8 encoding

Hi I am trying to export data in to sharepoint as .txt format with utf_8 encoding, i am passing codepage number as 65001 but file was created with UTF-8 BOM format.

But my actual requirement was just utf-8 not required BOM.

the code snippet here

TextStreamIO io = TextStreamIo::constructForWrite(65001);

You said you wanted UTF-8 and you got UTF-8, therefore the result matches your requirements. Do you mean that you're question isn't about "export data in utf-8 encoding" (because you already have that covered) but about BOM?

You seem to think that there is "UTF-8 BOM" encoding, but that's not true. BOM, byte-order mark, isn't an encoding. It's a sequence of a few bytes describing what encoding the file uses (which may be UTF-8, UTF-16 (LE) or so).
