On the first of every month one of our clients always runs IV Reconcile. They have been using GP since the 1990's and there are about 150,000 item cards. This month a mystery item appeared on the report. The first reason it is a mystery is that it is a service item. A second reason is that I did find a PO receipt for this item but the date of the receipt was July of 2013. Now it is possible that the item was changed from Sales Inventory to Service but why did this reconcile quantity just show up now?
