Executive Sponsor. A senior level executive who will monitor the Microsoft Dynamics implementation project to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is achieved.

Organization Change Management Lead. Responsible for ensuring that the need for Organization Change Management is analyzed appropriately and that required Change Management activities are identified, planned, and executed accordingly.

Solution Architect. Responsible for planning and designing the overall Microsoft Dynamics solution, including technical and functional aspects.

Sprint Cycle Manager. Responsible for managing the 30-Day Sprint Cycle, ensuring that progress is maintained, managing risks, resolving issues, and ensuring that all team members follow the Sprint rules and practices.

Support Engineer. Responsible for keeping the users of the Microsoft Dynamics system productive by making sure the system is operating smoothly and as designed.

Technical Sales Specialist. Responsible for providing technical sales support during the sales process to ensure proper understanding of the Microsoft Dynamics product, both technically and functionally.
