Hi,
This issue seems to be related to a missing tax setup for India if I read the message right.
Can you check your tax configuration and adjust it so that you can post your payment journal?
If you cannot find anything that seems to fit, then I would like to ask you to check LCS because there have been some hotfixes released that might fix your issue. See for example:
