How to get the data from the other tab than anchor tab and place it on Macro in CSW

I am currently trying to develop macro for the Customer Service Workspace (via Agentscript) and i want to get the values from the focused tab in the session (not the anchor tab) and put it on the macro.

The macro is the creation of an email via the method as suggested by Neil Parkhust (Customer Service Workspace – Macro to open an email based on template – NEIL PARKHURST). However, I am unable to get information from field values from other tabs than the anchor tab.

Any suggestions on how to achieve this?

Hi,

Unfortunately, I'm afraid that's not possible.

According to the Microsoft documentation.

Slugs for productivity tools (macros and agent scripts)

Only the slug is supported in the macros and scripts for Customer Service workspace.

You can't use automation dictionary other than Slugs, and the existing Slugs don't support getting data from other tabs.
