Error when submitting marketing form on external web page

Hi all,

I have created in Dynamics 365 Marketing a Marketing form (from template) and linked it to a web page on an external site.

The form is display as designed but when I click the Submit button I get the error "An error occurred during your submission."

When check in Dynamics I see that the lead is saved.

Has anyone seen this error or before?

Installed Versions:
Microsoft Dynamics 365
2020 release wave 1 enabled
Server version: 9.1.0000.14440
Client version: 1.4.274-2002.3
Dynamics 365 Marketing 1.35.10059.2039

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi Geron,

Do you mean the lead has been still created even if the form returned error message after submission?

Marketing app version: up to date(I didn't find other page to check this besides admin center)

Because I found your another thread(Lead entered on marketing form is saved multiple times in Dynamics CRM) which would be related to same issue.

Not sure whether the issue would still be related to your previous thread that marketing form lookup field didn't display options value, which was caused by form-loader.js.

Hi Clofly,

In the admin center my marketing application also says there is no newer version.

In the marketing form insights data Submissions, the leads are also showing multiple times

The difference with your form is that mine in hosted on an external website now (not on a MSFT portal) and the Country lookup is no longer there. I replaced it with an optionset instead.

I am at a loss, because so far I have followed the procedures described on docs.microssoft

Hi Geron,

My submission from external form works well(with doc), it seems that you still need a ticket for help.(If you also had excluded factor from form-loader.js)
