Hi,

I've been trying to personalize text based on lead topic. So for example, I have lead topic /Cars./ Every contact, that have submitted lead from form with topic /Cars/, should get personalized text based on this attribute. I tried different personalization options in real time marketing, but didn't yet find path for this.

Any ideas how to do this or any other way to personalize content based on lead topic? Interest entity isn't good for use on this case.

Hi,

Based on the information you provided, we conducted tests.

In the email sent to the contact, the personalization text can only add the topic field of a specific lead.

We believe this is due to product design.
It is recommended that you propose this idea to the Microsoft official.
