    Hi Kashiff,

If i am not wrong here you are asking about permissions to add or remove users from team.

Then go to Business management->For User & Team give permission with Business unit level to create, read, & so on.... tab what you want & in Core records Queue entity also need to give read write permission.

    And Please check this link:

Had the same issue for CRM 2016. On top of the above permissions, I had to add the read permission on Business Management \ Mailbox

Extra side note: Only system admins are allowed to add users to teams that have a Security Role Attached to them.

Do Owner Teams require a security role be assigned to the Team?  If so, does that mean that only system admins can assign users to Owner Teams?

Yes, the Owner Team do require a security role...it's the other way round...you can assign Owner Team to users so that even the Team Ownership and it's security permissions are reflected to the user...

Coming to the actual question... you don't need to look at the security roles to add or remove the users from the teams...

    See this link from MSDN

    .

What makes you think this is the case? In my project we gave certain end users the privilege to add/remove users to/from a team and *all* these teams have security roles attached to them. Works just fine.

Han Weegink In Our case the Regional Manager is in the parent Business Unit of the BU the team is in. Although the Security role for the RM is overall Organizational on Team, they are not allowed to add themselves to teams (standard BU-team and non standard teams) in the underlying BU.
