Hi CRM Community,

Have anyone here done a report to see the daily/monthly or any period of time about the users interaction with the system?

I don't know how the "Audition" works here, but it something like know if the user has logged in, worked on leads or opps, run reports or any action that could be obtained from a user.

    If you are looking at something like a Usage Report and you are using CRM On-Premise then you can develop one using the IIS logs.

    Below is the link to one such post which describes how to develop a Usage Report using the IIS logs

    If you are not keen on developing one, you could look at the option of enabling the ‘User Audit’ from the Audit Settings (Settings --> Auditing --> Global Audit Settings -->Audit Settings).

    Once you have set this up, you can view the Audit summary by navigating to the Audit Summary View and using filters to look for the data. Unfortunately, this wouldn’t provide you any sort of export feature for you to construct reports even in Excel.

    If you are looking for stats at a record level (e.g - how many activities were created in a week and by whom, Top 5 record creators in CRM during the last week), you could create some charts using dashboards

    Hi Karth,

    I'm using CRM 2013 Online. We already have dashboards with leads and qualifications and that kinda of statistics. I'm checking the "Audit Summary View" and it would work, sadly as you said, it wont let me export it =/
