Hello Experts,

Need urgent help. Since couple of days I am working on Integration project in Dynamics 365. I was using flows to exchange the date from one app to another. I got problem one time when I was triggering my flow on Custom Entity. that was resolved but I was unexpectedly receiving a general error on that flow.

Now today morning that general error is coming with my Dynamics 365 connection. When I choose my connection and on selecting ENTITY I am getting the same error (looks general error). See below snapshot.

What is wrong here. I was getting entities all the time before trying to use Custom entity. But after handling custom entity I am getting it all the time.

Thanks Pawel. No need to go to MS Support.

Solution:

All TLS versions were checked in browser. I only unchecked TLS 1.0 and TLS 1.1, and it worked :)

It's a general connectivity problem with Dynamics 365 because of some change on Dynamics 365 Online side (change to TLS 1.2). You will find plenty of erros on the forum regarding external apps, Power apps and Flow. So far nothing can be done in this matter - only a ticket for MS Support can help
