Hi all,
I have some questions about tracking a email to a case/persone(s)
normaly it all should beworking however I get this error:
Only items in normale-outlook archive can be tracked to become a CRM.item?
i dont know what this means. and how i can fiks this.
whats also interresting is that when i am able to track a case, how can i connect multiple Clients to it that were relevent for this email?
