Error when creating Business event endpoint. AOS env doesn't exist

I have created tier-2 Sandbox recently and I refreshed it's data from tier-1 environment. The tier-1 env was linked to Power platform environment and when I deleted the tier-1, it also removed the link there. Then I linked tier-2 Sandbox to this same Power platform environment successfully. Now when I try to recreate business events I receive this strange error: Error when creating Business event endpoint: Response status code does not indicate success: 400 ({/error/:/invalid_client/,/error_description/:/AOS environment xxx does not exist/}) that is saying my current environment doesn't exist.

I've tried to google this but seems like nobody else had this same problem earlier.

Hi Migi,

I haven't seen this error myself before as I never did try to link a Power platform environment to another F&O instance. Is "xxx" an URL or a service name?

It is not recommended to switch environments to be linked between Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. You can try to copy an environment on the Power Platform and see if you can connect with this copied environment, but I don't know if it will solve your issue. It is just a thought.

Hi Andre,

It's a guid of the environment (environment id). I have also a support ticket for MS open about the issue. I hope they can somehow guide how to fix it because we have all the PP development in that environment and don't want to change it.
