SharePoint sends email, but Business Portal 5.1 WF notifications don't

We have an install of Business Portal 5.1 with GP 2010 on SharePoint 2010 Enterprise.

Under Administration -> "Workflow Process Options" we've selected the Notification Subscriptions to alert when tasks are assigned, completes.

It logs the event, we can see the assignments in HRM,complete them, etc, but no emails are sent. In the SharePoint site we've tested a list notification and that works.

Any ideas?

It is set at the Central Admin and Web App levels, and also BP Administration -> Email and Remote Desktop.

Yes, the emails are set in AD, and synced to SP/BP:

It's a weird issue.

Did you setup your SMTP site in SharePoint? Do users have their email address on their AD profile?

Check the E-mail Address is filled up in

Manage Business Portal Users.
