Hi all, 
Looking for some help and suggestions with the following issue.
 
We have deleted an unknown number of contacts as they were either duplicates or not being used.
However, the contact were included in Email Messages.
 
I am having issues with unresolved Activity Party.
 
Is there any way to remove the reference from the Email Message of the Contact without having to go into each Email?
 
Is there anything on XRMToolBox that could help?

    Hi,
     
    We tried to clear the deleted contacts referenced in the email by using JS. It turns out that the value can be cleared, but the icon is still visible.
    If we want to clear the icons, the only way is to clear the whole field.

     
    Therefore, it is recommended that you raise a support ticket to the Microsoft.
