I wonder if anyone here can help me, If I want to set up a Purchasing role in Navision 2018, What are the tables that I need to set it up?

Josh,
Automated Data Capture Service (ADCS). This is used in conjunction with Handheld and Warehouse processing. You will see a field on the Location Card, under Warehouse Fast Tab, called Use ADCS. Here is a good link to show an overview of the functionality:

If you are looking for a good Purchasing Role/Profile, I would give the user Purchasing Agent. In addition, permission wise, Basic, P&P Permissions that will cover the Purchasing functionality.
