Error "Quantity cannot be picked because inventory transaction with status On Order, Reserved Ordered or Reserved Physical are Insufficient."

In D365 Finance and Operation, I am trying the feature of Small Parcel Shipping, where i am facing an issue in closing the container at the end.

The error says "Quantity cannot be picked because inventory transaction with status On Order, Reserved Ordered or Reserved Physical are Insufficient."

I saw the Inventory Transaction after the sales Picking the status gets "Picked" instead of Reserved Physical.

Any Idea as of which setups is necessary for having the status "Reserved Physical"?

    Hi,

    Its not setup , as far as i understand when you reserve inventory against sales order then that creates this status.

    Check this on status updates

    Thanks for the revert,

    But when at the time of closing the container the inventory status should be reserved physical but when we complete the sales picking through mobile device, at the end of the cycle the status gets Picked.

    I have checked in my environment the status remains reserved physical but in my client environment that status changes to Picked.
