Hi,
I have three products that have been retired, and we are wanting to re-activate them. I've looked online and can see this has come up in threads since 2016, but I can't find anything recent to this year. Are we able to re-active retired products?
I have seen some threads regarding cloning the product, or exporting then re-importing, but I don't think will help our situation.
We have three products that are retired and are connected to records, but I can't find how they are connected. The ongoing connection is bringing up an error when trying to re-assign the owner of the Account. I have gone through connected Invoices, Opportunities, and also any look up fields that might connected to products. But no luck. So I was wanting to reactive the product, remove any connections from the grids within the product and then just delete the product. The connections are also not allowing a delete of the products - so reactivation is our goal.
Is this possible?
