Can't change Data Format in Model-driven PowerApp

I did change column data format from 'Date and Time' to 'Date only', then I found issue that I can't migrate the app from development to production because dependencies on another parameter (which I already delete it in dev - this why I can make change in dev). Now I want to fix my column from 'Date only' to 'Date and Time' but it's not allowed me to do anymore. The selector returns gray, I want to get data format back to migrate the new formular which remove dependencies first then back and change from 'Date and Time' to 'Date only'. How can I fix it ?

I figured out the solution, so powerapps not allow to change type format. So I did the delete column and rebuild again with same name.
