Hi All,
i have a question about this , please check the screen screenshot.
First, open an account form , we can find "RECENT CASES" grid on the lower right-hand corner of the page, and we only can see two field ,"Status" and "Case Title"
No scroll bar
second , let's open from setting page
double click the control
we can find the default view name is "My Active Case"
Third, let's open case list, we can see the view name is "My Active Cases" , but it show 7 field , it is different with view on sub grid
my issue is why it is different, and i had try choose other view on case list, but no view only have two field.
My Dynamic Crm 2015 is on-premise deployment.
Thanks

Hi,
You may need to do the same to Contact form as well.
Change it to another view, publish and then set the original view, publish again.

Hi,
Can you please try this.
1) Go to the Form - > Double click the control
2) In the view change the view to Recent cases
3) Save and Publish.
4) Check the columns in the UI
5) Come back to the Form-> Double click the control.
6) Change it back to My Active Cases.
7) Save and Publish
8) Check the columns in the record.
This should change the display fields. Also please check in the recent cases the correct fields are appearing.
Hi Tomasz,
thanks for you reply, but i still cannot find another "My Active Cases" view at Customizations. i had upload screenshot. could you help me check this?
Hi Rajkumar,
sorry , i can not find another "My Active Cases" view ,my account is administrator . could you help me diagnosis this ?
Thanks
Hello,
This is probably because you have two views called "My Active Cases", go to Settings->Customizations->Cases->Views and check.
Hi Bear,
Two views in case entity namely as "My Active Cases" check the case entity in solution explorer - verify the view name and its column
Choose the appropriate one and then reference it
Hope this helps
