as per the screen provided it seems 'Run live preprocessing scripts' is still not complete, otherwise its status icon will be something like complete tick mark.

What i think if you have realy completed it then may be its not refreshed.

in this case what you can do is close the AX client and try to reopen it and validate.

If not then its not yet complete and try to run it again, will help.

    Please verify

This is what i found in Event Viewer

The complete data cache has been flushed due to request from session 1 (-AOS-).

    Hi

The Event viewer message indicate only that AOS have flushed the Data Cache, but isn't related at your issue.

So, if all Task are completed on "run live preprocessing scripts", try to change manually the status of the table used by the check list. At this moment i don't remember the table name, so try to open the form\class link to the process and verify the code.

You can try also, as suggested by Nitesh, to rerun the process.

    Regards

    Hi

    In a Job, try to run : SysCheckList::finished(classnum(SysCheckListItem_LivePreUpgrade));

The same code is executed from the Form ReleaseUpdateCockpit, method Close.

    Good Luck!

This problem appears if the checklist isn't opened when you click the 'OK' button on the data upgrade cockpit. So before clicking on it, ensure that the checklist is opened and displayed in your AX.

    Hi ,

I am Upgrading from AX 2009 to AX 2012 R3, I have completed all   check list in the source system and code upgrade check list in the target system but while I am trying to connect to  source database from target system data upgrade check list, neither its getting completed nor its throwing any error and next check list is not getting active. so I can not proceed.

    Any idea?

    Thanks in Advance.
