Mailbox synchronization fail - SSS

Hello!

We have CRM2015 onpremise deployment on which we use SSS. We have many problems with synchronization and proper working of users mailboxes. Today when I was trying to Test and enable one of them I found this log in trace:

Exchange sync worker for the mailbox is failed/terminated : {GUID}. Exception details : Unhandled Exception: Microsoft.Exchange.WebServices.Data.ServiceRequestException: The request failed. The remote server returned an error: (401) Unauthorized.

What does it mean? Unauthorized means that user entered wrong password in mailbox or user on which I did Test and enable doesnt have permissions?
