Creating Views Under Entities : Cases - Filters not working properly

Hello There,
 
As of last week I noticed that my views that I had created are no longer working as intended.  I'm not sure what changed on the CRM Side, but every time I go in to update the list pulls fine and then suddenly the data disappears and goes blank, sometimes before I save and publish and sometimes after I save and publish.  Please see screenshots.

Reviewing Filter Options - Click OK


Come out of the screen and list is blank.  Try clicking "Validate" and get the error message that no records detected.


Go back into filters, delete "Resolution date - Last 7 Days"  come back out list is there fine.  Go back in reset the filter to add back in "Resolution date - Last 7 Days" come back out and list is fine again


Click on "Save and Publish" and then after its done doing that the list disappears again and says no records can be found?

    Is this just an issue with the preview in the maker portal while editing a view, or is it an issue when opening the view in the Model Driven app as well?
     
    I've been seeing some rendering errors in the Maker Portal previews for a month or two now, so it could be related. I'm guessing there are some new behind-the-scenes items that are causing issues with items in the portal that still need to be ironed out.

    It is affecting the live version of the views after the preview as well.  Views that were working previously and had associated charts / graphs for those view no longer pull any data and show up blank on my dashboards.  When I went digging to find out why, I found this issue with the filters / view creator and figured this is where the issue is starting.
     
    I hope that makes sense.
