Missing extension

Hello,
 
In this morning, I found all customized extensions of Dynamics 365 Business Central cloud are missing -- just disappeared without any message. Would someone advise the possible problem and the solution?

    Hii there,
    If your extension was published as DEV . Then it's possible that extension is uninstalled.
    Please check your published extension as which method.
     
    If possible publish extension as PTE so it's will not remove from environment in any minor updates.

    It's clarified that something in the customer app is not compatible with the newest version of BC, and the app (extension) is uninstalled automatically when  BC migrated to V25.0 in this weekend.

    Your extensions were likely published using DEV Endpoint, which are temporary and disappear after updates. To keep them persistent, publish extensions via Extension Management as PTEs.
    The other condition is that if the app is not compatible with the newest version of BC, it will be uninstalled automatically.
     
    PTE : When you upload an extension via the Extension Management page, it is persistent. PTEs are not uninstalled automatically during updates, meaning they remain installed and function as expected even when the system is refreshed or updated. This makes PTEs suitable for long-term use in production environments.
     
     
    DEV extension is temporarily published extension directly  from Visual Studio Code, This means the extension will be uninstalled automatically when the environment is updated. It doesn’t persist between sessions.

    Your customized extensions in Dynamics 365 Business Central might have disappeared due to uninstallation during updates, synchronization issues, or environment-specific problems. To resolve this, consider publishing extensions as per-tenant extensions, repairing and synchronizing them using the Business Central Administration Shell, and ensuring correct installation in the specific environment. If the issue persists, contacting Microsoft support or consulting the Dynamics 365 Community forums could provide further assistance.
