CRM Integration with MS Dynamics NAV

I want to integrate CRM with MS Dynamics NAV. All the sales and marketing related activities will be done by CRM and service will be provided by MS Dynamics NAV. How can I do this?

You need either to wait for MS to create an adaptor or use Scribe Software integration, if you dont want to program everything from scratch.

Scribe have Dynamics Nav templates for integration between CRM 4 and Dynamics Nav - but you might have to modify them to fully integrate 2-way sync between the systems.

Hi

This is possible with Tenfold. Their call pop up notification will include contact information, duration of the call, previous conversations (if any), name of user who made or received the call, user device (i.e. cell phone vs. desk phone) and call notes. Their main feature is integrating Microsoft Dynamics to over 150 phone systems. If this is something you might be interested in, you can check them out on the link below.

Depending on your CRM and NAV version the answer will be different.

If you have the 2016 version for both you can use the default connector if your integration process has no need for customizations.

If you have older versions you will need an integration software. I would use Scribe Insight for that.
