Configuration package - v15 to v16

Hi,

I have exported a configuration package (.rapidstart-extension) and the Excel file from a v15 environment.

When importing this .rapidstart-file to a v16 environment everything goes well. I open the package card and go Package -> Import from Excel and point to my previously exported .xlsx-file. The content loads and I see all the tables listed. I click Import and am shown the error message:

"A call to System.Data.DataSet.ReadXmlSchema failed with this message: Elements with the same name and in the same scope must have the same type.".

Why am I getting this? How does XML have anything to do with this?

Hi,

I think that is because behind the table which you exported from configuration package to excel is XML source and you have a mapping between each column and field in Excel. Below is the example for the FA Posting Type table, but it is the same for every table which you export to Excel.
