Missing Oportunities ("Ghost Deleting"???)

Hello there!

I've a dude.

The other day I was update the Accounts of Dynamic CRM2016 (Change categories of the accouns [ Others > Retail]), but now are somes opportunities that gone missing, for example:

User Pablo Crhis before that day (29/03) has 30 Opportunities ; Today (2/04) he has only 13 Opportunities with him....

We make an auditorie to see if any User delete it, but the last "record" is about the 23/03 (for creating/deleting fields).

Any know what happened? How I can find this "missing" opportunities??

Uhm.. I've make a queary by modified and don't look any of the opportunities that are missing xD!.

Hi Maurizio,

The other possibility (other than someone deleting the record) is that on the opportunity record ownership i.e. owner of the record is now changed and hence it is not visible under user Pablo Crhis. You can do an advance find query to check all opportunity record which are modified on greater than equla to 29/03 to list all the records.

You also need to enable Auditing as suggested above.

Uhm.. I've checked and in the "entity" it wasn't with "Auditory", but when I've made that I've seen any "docs" with Opportunity.

So, I think that I was with "audotory in some fields". I've turn On that and make a test (create and delete an Opportunity) but in the auditory nothing change (my last record was 23/03).

Hi,

did you turn on the audit history for opportunity?

if yes, you can look at the audit summary

double click the record.
