Hi all - I have a fresh on premise install of MS CRM 2013, and I have a user who cannot see the Properties menu option when she is in a record and clicks on the ellipsis menu. I temporarily added her to the System Admin role and sure enough, the menu option suddenly appeared, so I'm guessing its being hidden has something to do with her role and its assigned privileges, but I have no idea what privileges need to be set.
So, you can probably guess my question: what settings does her security role need to be able to view the properties of records she currently is in? Does anybody know?
