Hi Community,
I have setup the Approval workflow for Sales Quote, and then in User Approval, I have assign the right officer to give approval, but I still receive the error below.
How can I know what approval workflow was behind the Sales Quote workflow? I suppose this workflow is basic and default from Navision.

Hi, Check your workflow and see if the workflow is enabled. Also check if there is any condition on the workflow.
And the last thing to note is that Approval Request cannot be sent repeatedly, for example, if the status is already Released, you will get the same error below after clicking again.

It looks like, since the work flow has been enabled, that the sales quote is outside the work flow condition.
