Chequebook is already in use by user

Hi all

We have a user getting error message "Chequebook "BANK" is already in use by user " "

Any recommendations to further troubleshoot this issue. I have checked the user activity and the user has logged off. Also ran clear activity but no results

RE: Chequebook is already in use by user

Ask all the users to log off GP and run the below query in SQL server.

SELECT * FROM DYNAMICS..ACTIVITY

SELECT * FROM DYNAMICS..SY00800

SELECT * FROM DYNAMICS..SY00801

SELECT * FROM TEMPDB..DEX_LOCK

SELECT * FROM TEMPDB..DEX_SESSION

If the above query returns any records, runt the below query to delete the records. Then try again. Be sure all the users are logged off from GP.

DELETE DYNAMICS..ACTIVITY

DELETE DYNAMICS..SY00800

DELETE DYNAMICS..SY00801

DELETE TEMPDB..DEX_LOCK

DELETE TEMPDB..DEX_SESSION
