Change log entry-delete report is not running through job queue

Hi,
 
I have set a job queue for deleting the change log entries.
but i am getting the error message again and again while running the job queue. 
How can I delete those change log entries in other way? Please suggest.
 
I am getting below error message while running job queue.

    You can use the "Change Log - Delete" report (ID 510) to delete change log entries. This report is designed specifically for this purpose and can be run manually.
     
    If you continue to encounter errors, it might be helpful to check the specific error message you're receiving. Sometimes, errors can be due to permissions or other configuration issues.
